LOCATION[]
Banned spawns in Forest, Stump, City, Metropolis, and Clouds. It can be seen going to the Treehouse in Forest.
BEHAVIOR[]
Banned, in general, has a creepy vibe. He sometimes says disturbing messages, stays still in Stump, plays creepy sounds, and can corrupt the siren.
INTIMIDATED[]
Banned can play the same creepy noises in reverse, and in more extreme cases, can ban you for 40 hours.

Banned plays random creepy noises and sounds, but the original sounds are not found yet.
