Overview

VHS in City after calling 4982.

VHS is a sky-blue colored monkey whose color code hasn't been pinpointed yet and has no cosmetics. VHS is known to be able to spawn in any map that it wants to. It will ask a specific player to go find it by saying the words, "Come and find me," repeatedly. Once you find it, it will say, "Press my stomach to play VHS #(string of numbers)". Afterwards, you will hear the sound of a VHS tape playing.

VHS has also only been spotted teleporting around rather than walking, and can go outside of the map. When it calls to a player to come find it, only that player will be able to see and hear it until he/she finds it. VHS has also been noted to act hostile to anybody that provokes it, since when somebody in the code provoked it, they were immediately kicked, or possibly banned by VHS. VHS also has the habit of disappearing at random times. His voice also sounds very robotic, and does not play any music outside of the VHS audio.

What to Do During an Encounter?

This guide has been put together by BHL personnel for your safety in the event of an encounter with Subject: VHS.

1. Stop and listen. If the anomaly does not call you, proceed to step 2.
2. Keep your distance. If the anomaly is provoked and a threat is present, proceed to step 3.
3. Follow SREN procedure.
   1. S - Spot and study the anomaly. Gather as much immediate information as you can without engaging.
   2. R - Report the anomaly to BHL personnel. Use the BHL Anomaly Hotline.
   3. E - Evacuate the perimeter, and the code if necessary. If the anomaly is a threat, this step should be taken with urgency.
   4. N - Neutralization of the threat will commence once BHL personnel enter the perimeter. Once the threat is clear, you will be notified.
