GHIZGUTH is one of the False Monkes along with ABHOLOS, HASTUR and CTHULHU. They were first discovered behind a door in the Ghostreactor.
Appearance[]
Like ABHOLOS, GHIZGUTH appears like a regular Monke with its head split open, but instead of revealing a second row of teeth, it reveals several eyes. Their fur is blue and sharper than it would normally be.

First Sighting[]
GHIZGUTH was found in the Ghostreactor, and released from it. However, he had actually sealed himself inside it to test the gullibleness of those playing the game. The 3 players who freed him were later found dead of radiation poisoning in real life.
