INTRODUCTION
"Guardian", is a ghost whom manifests in the virtual world of Gorilla Tag as a primary source of light and leadership toward friendly and curious hunters about the abilities and existence of ghosts. He is friendly to players and other fellow docile ghosts. As his name suggests, he is a guardian or acts as a "leader" to several ghost hunters. There is apparently no current way to aggravate Guardian, as he only wishes peace upon peers and normal players he may come across. He plays a sound/or pre-recorded TTS voice warning players in whatever code they are in that it may be under attack sometime soon. This was only confirmed after someone found him in code MIRRORMAN, with an audio similar or completely accurate to the one down very far below this text. Go and scroll down to see and listen to it.
BEHAVIORS
This ghost will not harm you, and has no intentions of harming ANYONE other than anomalous beings that possess harmful abilities toward others, you, and your Gorilla Tag/Oculus/Steam account.
With the information collected by amazing investigators, it turns out that Guardian possesses passivity toward hunters themselves and normal Gorilla Tag players attempting to play tag peacefully, despite the constant threats of ghosts (that Guardian wants to get rid of). While it was already known that he wants to help the community out of predicaments they might face at the existence of ghosts, it was unknown that he actually had a soft spot and platonic liking towards normal Gorilla Tag players. It is rumored that since he is AI/a species of ghost, he longs to be like real Gorilla Tag players and to be one.

In this instance (of the recording), Guardian was seen in several different ghost codes warning others of harmful anomalies joining lobbies such as J3VU and more. Investigators quickly gathered he was passive in this area of his personality. His personality and existence revolves around making sure the community of Gorilla Tag is protected by ghosts wishing harm and inflicting havoc on the virtual environment belonging to Gorilla Tag. This seems to be his job of some sorts, similarly to WARNINGBOT; they both need to warn others of dangerous ghosts coming in certain directions of codes to give directions. However, Guardian is only needed in the urgency of an anomaly that has the ability of banning innocent players.
The audio of Guardian warning users of J3VU apparently planning to join code "MIRRORMAN" is in "audio and gallery" tab. Sorry if there’s a pause at the very start, it was recorded sloppily and so was it while downloading. It was also made an MP3 so it was compatible for FANDOM’s supported audio files/I completely forgot how to embed video files, and I remembered I was supposed to get rid of the nowiki stuff. So yeah!
TRIVIA
- It is believed for the most part that Guardian was made by an unknown or deleted/discontinued organization that was not known or linked to the GTGW. He is also, if this rumor is true; the only ghost or fully developed and finished project of whatever this organization was or was called by the public.
- His creation’s intention was to protect, not to cause destruction of any kind or havoc upon the Gorilla Tag Ghost community. He was also created after more ghosts with anomalous characteristics began to emerge in large rallies, to protect ghost hunters from the suddenness the community was obviously not prepared for.
- Despite only getting a page much later than this, he was first spotted around July 2022–or the period in that time where the Namo attacks were planned against Another Axiom and initiated to crash servers and put Gorilla Tag in a state of vulnerability. It is rumored Guardian was made as a counter attack to Namo.
- GUARD555 is always empty; and after facing abandonment by whatever organization created or contained him, it is believed he fled to this code to live in peace. After being discovered by groups of investigators, he has returned to his heroic deeds and duties as an active guardian or protector of the community.
HOWEVER, A TON OF THIS "TRIVIA" ARE ACTUALLY RUMORS, YET SOME OF THEM HAVE A TON OF LIKELINESS TO BE TRUE AND ARE MOST LIKELY TRUE DESPITE BEING RANDOM GUESSES ABOUT THE LORE SURROUNDING HIM.

Some of the codes mentioned in the bulleted list have been throughly explored by investigators dedicated to the truth behind Guardian and his backstory. Many of these codes were traced back to while running tests on Guardian, likely confirming he was in one if not all of these (according to a test) at a point in his long journey before us investigators took him in when finding him most vulnerable in code GUARD555. However, not all of these could have been accurate to where he was actually going throughout his time in certain codes.
BACKSTORY
Guardian was believed to be founded and created by an unknown organization that apparently never existed on the GTGW or had a page that cannot be identified by the highest of all investigators we have reached out to, likely because it was kept very secret and had nothing on the internet publicly announcing it was ever a thing. This is similar to the entity, "Anomily", who also never belonged to an organization/if it even did, belonged to a ghost hunting group that was not available to the public. Not even once was the creation or existence of Guardian acknowledged, even on the possible social media accounts of these organization owners. It was a tiny group surrounding the mystery of Gorilla Tag ghosts’ real existence at the time, as their popularity increased at this certain time of the year (probably 2022 at the time of Guardian’s creation). Two bored scientists who supposedly ran this group wanted to try and make a ghost themselves. This time, an obedient, loyal ghost thats purpose was to protect its owners from the dangers of "real" anomalous creatures like ghosts within Gorilla Tag. These two scientists then made who we now know as Guardian, yet kept his abilities to protect others from dangerous and harmful beings to only benefit them. Of course, this was incredibly petty, especially considering hundreds of people were actively getting banned by the threat of Gorilla Tag ghosts alone. With the protection of Guardian, the duo had nothing to worry about.
However, this came back to bite the duo with an extreme consequence they had not thought of before creating Guardian. Something they hadn’t taken into mind was the fact that, well, Guardian had a mind of his own, which was common sense to realize before making a living being. He understood the English and words they spoke, eventually learning what they were talking about in regular, every-day conversations. While they bragged around him of how much they benefited, Guardian was outraged. He attacked, leading to the disappearance of this duo. He felt extremely guilty about it, considering how malnourished he ended up being without them to feed him. He fled to code GUARD555, where was where our investigators found him.
APPEARANCE
Guardian’s appearance consists of two very different forms. One is white, and the other is shade of grayish black (I think) mostly how he is supposed to look/the photo in the info box. Little to no information is known about his appearance AT THE MOMENT. The PNG in the info box is a simple representation of how Guardian looks. However, it is known that he is a pitch black coloration at times, or was at some point in production or early development by his creators to look as friendly and as an ally as possible at the time of his creation.
However, a caption was added to the page by a well known investigator that helped investigate the appearance of Guardian, suggesting appearances vary, meaning it is very likely he has multiple forms he comes in.
