INTRODUCTION[]

HUSTLIN is a Gorilla Tag ghost of a moderate danger level. She appears as a photo-negative Monke with light blue fur and a blue sun hat. The only part of her body that isn't inverted in colors is her eyes, which bulge out of her head and appear drastically more realistic than the rest of her body.

HUSTLIN's name changes every time she appears, often having certain letters being swapped out with numbers, ending up with HU57L1N at the most different.

LOCATION[]

Maps[]

HUSTLIN appears in any basic map with a open space. This is likely due to her speed, as having a large location to move around guarantees less locations to hide in. She appears in the following:

  • Forest
  • Beach
  • Canyon
  • Classic Caves
  • Clouds
  • Mountains
  • Bayou
  • Metro

Servers[]

As from what is known, HUSTLIN does not appear in any specific server. However, regardless of such she will always appear in servers either with over 7 players, or under 3 players. She has also been known to appear in popular ghost hunting privates, though this may be a coincidence considering the former.

BEHAVIOR[]

Dormant[]

HUSTLIN appears in a location completely unattended by any players in the server, wandering aimlessly in the respective map as she emits her dormant music. She will continue to wander until her music ends, in which either she will teleport to another unattended location, or dissapear entirely.

Aggrivated[]

When HUSTLIN spots a player, a few things will happen, all at once. First, she will stop in her tracks and stare directly at the player, unmoving. Second, Her dormant music immediatly swaps out with her aggrivated music, which locally plays directly in the ears of all players in the server. Lastly, all of the colors (excluding ones seen on HUSTLIN herself) will invert in the view of all players in the server. As all of this happens, HUSTLIN will give the player who provoked her roughly 23½ seconds to start running (which evidently coincides with the drop of the beat in the song), in which once the time given runs out she will book it towards the player, moving at an alarming rate, and stopping at nothing to reach the player.

Once HUSTLIN makes contact with the player (or any others that happen to be in the way), she will kick the player, whilst dissapearing herself. Once this happens, the visual effects and audio stop instantly, as if nothing ever happened.

Aftermath[]

The player who gets caught by HUSTLIN will suffer from two different effects. First, their total amount of Shiny Rocks will get halved. Second, their vision will be indefinitely inverted in color. This will remain until they end up in another server with HUSTLIN, and survive to witness another player fall to her, in which their vision will be fixed.

HISTORY[]

First Sighting[]

An anonymous user (who we will be referring to as Ape) was playing with his friend, showing him all the new updates in a private world, as his friend hadn't played the game in a while. As they went through each new map, Ape's friend couldn't help but notice the odd music coming from the west. At first, Ape didn't thing it was anything out of the ordinary, but it got harder to ignore when they left Hoverpark and witnessed HUSTLIN in forest for a split second before dissapearing.

Ape and his friend brushed off the encounter and continued with the tour, but then heard the music coming north as they were perusing through the cosmetics in the shop in city. This is when they would travel to metro and see her again, walking alongst the tracks. They attempted to greet her, but to no response. Then, in an attempt to get her attenton, Ape got in front of her.

Then, well. You know what happens next.

Ape's friend couldn't take it at this point, and just logged off right there, leaving Ape completely alone with this odd blue Monke staring at him. Just as he got the memo to start running, She scrambled after him and made quick work of him.

After this encounter, Ape took his experience to the meta store ratings, stating "Why is my games colors inverted? Please fix this bug" with a 3 star rating.

Mainstream Encounters[]

After this incident, HUSTLIN would begin to appear more often, occasionally showing up in popular ghost hunting codes such as "666" and "PBBV". However, since she is relatively unknown, most people assume she is another player trying to get in on a fad. However, majority of the time, she is found wandering in completely random codes, typically ones where people are playing either solo, or in a small group.

TRIVIA[]

  • The chances of it happening are slim, but HUSTLIN can lock onto other ghosts and kick them.
    • It is unknown why she does this, whether it be her playing around, her having a grudge against other ghosts, or her just being morally grey.
  • HUSTLIN's inverted visual filter doesn't register on the LIV cameras.
  • HUSTLIN's eyes could potentially be a retextured Bulging Googly Eyes, though this has not been confirmed.
